Vos missions


Le poste


Tu pilotes la performance sur nos comptes en direct — des budgets conséquents, plusieurs verticales, un flux de créas continu à tester. Pas de client à gérer, pas de reporting à produire pour une agence. Tu te concentres sur une seule chose : maximiser le volume au coût le plus bas possible, en continu.


Tu travailles avec une équipe resserrée et un pipeline créa interne à haute cadence. Les créas arrivent. À toi de les tester, de lire les signaux, de décider.


Missions


Performance & pilotage



  • Gérer et optimiser les campagnes Meta Ads au quotidien — structure, enchères, budgets, audiences

  • TikTok Ads en parallèle (selon profil)

  • Scaler sans hésitation ce qui performe, killer sans attendre ce qui sous-performe

  • Analyser les données quotidiennement et en tirer des décisions concrètes — pas des hypothèses

  • Maintenir un rythme de test créa élevé : lancer, mesurer, arbitrer, recommencer


Lecture des signaux créa



  • Identifier ce qui performe et pourquoi — angle, format, persona, contexte

  • Repérer les premiers signes de fatigue avant que le coût explose

  • Remonter ces signaux à l'équipe pour alimenter le pipeline de nouvelles créas

  • Transformer un learning data en direction concrète : pas un brief créatif, un signal clair


Vision & initiative



  • Être force de proposition sur la structure des comptes et les stratégies de scale

  • Anticiper les plateaux et préparer les relances avant que ça s'essouffle

  • Suivre les évolutions plateformes et tester avant tout le monde

Le profil


Un expert Social Ads — pas quelqu'un qui "maîtrise les bases".


Expérience & technique



  • A déjà géré des campagnes à fort budget sur Meta — et peut le montrer

  • Expérience performance à volume : DTC, lead gen, abonnement — des vrais volumes

  • TikTok Ads en plus, c'est un vrai plus

  • Maîtrise les mécaniques d'enchères, ASC+, CBO/ABO, bid strategies

  • Lit des données et prend des décisions rapides — sans attendre une réunion


Mindset



  • A des seuils dans la tête pour killer et pour pusher — pas des "ça dépend"

  • A une convention de nommage : signe qu'il travaille structuré

  • Curieux, suit les évolutions plateformes, teste avant de juger

  • Force de proposition — avance sans qu'on lui demande
