Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager/Marketing ADs Expert to manage and scale paid user acquisition for subscription-based iOS apps. You will be responsible for running campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads.
- Track and improve key metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
- Plan and execute user acquisition strategies
- Work with creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Test and scale winning creatives and campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and optimize accordingly
- Use tools like Appsflyer / Adjust for tracking and attribution
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively
Requirements
- Experience in mobile app marketing (iOS preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and Apple -Search Ads
- Understanding of subscription-based app models
- Knowledge of ROAS, LTV, CAC, CPI
- Experience with Appsflyer or Adjust
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or SaaS apps
- Experience scaling in US/UK/Canada markets
- Knowledge of SKAdNetwork
