About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media efforts across Meta and Google. You'll be responsible for managing ad spend, driving measurable growth, and continuously optimizing campaigns to hit our acquisition and revenue goals.
This is a hands-on role — you'll be in the accounts daily, testing creatives, analyzing performance, and making decisions that directly impact the business.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently while hitting ROAS and CPA targets
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear action plans
Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives
Report on performance regularly and communicate results to stakeholders
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
