JOB SUMMARY

Clarvos is hiring a Performance Media Manager to lead the execution of paid media strategies across key advertising channels. Embedded within the Sales organization, this role partners directly with a Sales Representative to drive client growth by translating performance outcomes into strategic insights that support product adoption, retention, and revenue expansion.

This position is designed for a paid media subject matter expert with strong client-facing selling experience. This person must have a combination of deep ad media platform knowledge with the ability to connect campaign performance to measurable business impact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Execute full-funnel, multi-channel performance marketing strategies including activation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Communicate opportunities to scale successful campaigns and test new tactics
  • Advise campaign architecture including objectives, optimization goals, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Own tracking and measurement (pixel, CAPI, attribution, technical troubleshooting).
    Performance & Business Alignment
  • Connect channel performance to business outcomes including ROAS, CAC, LTV, brand lift, and incrementality.
  • Develop and interpret media mix considerations and pricing models.
  • Translate performance data into strategic narratives for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide performance reporting with actionable recommendations to fuel testing and nurture client growth.
    Audience & Creative Strategy
  • Apply a deep understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and scoring models.
  • Oversee creative testing frameworks and performance iteration.
  • Incorporate cultural and regulatory nuances when running campaigns across multiple markets.
    Internal Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to support solution selling and revenue expansion.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance and product usage.
  • Collaborate with XFNs to align targeting logic and activation strategy.
  • Surface market insights and performance trends to inform product evolution.
    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excitement about Agentic AI workflows and leveraging AI in media buying
  • 5–8+ years managing multi-channel paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Pinterest, and programmatic platforms
  • Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing full-funnel campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, programmatic.
  • Deep expertise in campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Strong command of tracking, pixel implementation, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Advanced understanding of creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation logic
  • Fluent in core performance KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, incrementality, and media mix modeling
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets with awareness of cultural and regulatory nuances
  • Ability to translate channel performance into clear business impact and revenue outcomes
  • Experience partnering with Sales in revenue-driven environments
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms and evolving AdTech ecosystems
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present performance insights clearly
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-growth environment
