- Manage multiple IT teams within one or more functional areas
- Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs
- Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities
- Ensures overall integrity of testing strategy
- Collaborates effectively with all constituents involved in solution planning, development and operation
- Participates in architecture and technical specification review
- Reviews test plans and test cases for multi-application, enterprise-wide testing efforts
- Establish technical testing policies, standards and procedures
- Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to team members
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 or more years of leadership experience (team lead or above)
- 10 or more years of related information technology work experience
- Minimum of 7 or more years of quality assurance experience
- Experience in performance testing SAP and MAWM platforms - required
- Experience in leading teams of performance test engineers - required
- Experience in performance testing global solutions
- Multiple Software Testing Assurance Certification preferred
- Advanced/expert level of knowledge on testing concepts, methodologies and processes
