Are you tech‑savvy, hyper‑organized, and excited to keep up with the fast‑paced world of a growing creative studio? I’m the founder of a branding and digital design agency, and I’m looking for a rockstar Personal Assistant who can also help manage projects and client accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Act as my personal assistant: manage calendar, schedule meetings, set reminders, follow up on key tasks, and help with light personal admin linked to the business.
- Support project management: keep tasks updated in ClickUp (or similar), coordinate with designers and developers, track deadlines, and prepare short weekly status updates.
- Handle client account management: respond to client messages, coordinate feedback, prepare call notes, and make sure communication stays clear and professional.
- Help with automation and workflows: assist in setting up and maintaining simple automations using tools like Zapier/Make, Trello/Clickup, Klaviyo (connecting forms, CRM, email, etc.).
- Keep information organized: maintain documents and folders in Cloud, keep CRM records updated, and document processes when needed.
- Light content support: prepare basic presentations, briefs, and documents, and make small edits in Canva or similar tools (no advanced design skills required).
Who you are:
- You are based in Argentina, LATAM (or similar time zone) and have a reliable internet connection.
- You’re comfortable working with digital tools: Google Workspace, Slack/WhatsApp, ClickUp/Trello/Notion, CRMs, etc.
- You write excellent Spanish and have at least intermediate English for reading/writing emails and briefs.
- You’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and like to anticipate problems before they appear.
- You have previous experience as a virtual assistant, project manager, account manager, or similar role in agencies, startups, or online businesses.
- You’re genuinely interested in branding, design, web, and digital marketing, and want to grow in this space.
Role details:
- Type: 100% remote.
- Availability: part‑time to start (around 20–25 hours per week), with potential to grow toward full‑time based on performance.
- Schedule: mainly Argentina business hours, Monday to Friday, with reasonable same‑day responsiveness.
- Compensation: monthly or weekly retainer to be agreed based on experience and profile (paid in ARS or USD)
