- Third‑Party Claims Management: Verify and submit insurance claims, ensuring that each facility is billed correctly and reimbursed on schedule.
- Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned facilities, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Billing & Credit Accuracy: Reconcile monthly statements, apply credits, and generate detailed reports for facility accounting departments.
