This role offers a true 50/50 commission split on all permanent placements. You’ll work remotely, manage your own desk, and recruit Physical Therapists for outpatient settings across the U.S. 50/50 commission split on all successful permanent placements. Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting Physical Therapists Proven success in outpatient or rehab therapy recruitment . Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance standards. Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet placement goals. Access to recruiting tools and a professional home-office setup.
