Physics PhD Specialist — Remote | Contract | $85/hr | 15–25 hrs/week

- Contribute deep expertise across multiple physics domains including Quantum Mechanics, Relativity, Particle Physics, Condensed Matter, and AMO
- Design high-difficulty, domain-specific problems to challenge reasoning and improve model performance
- Ongoing engagement with rolling applications and flexible, asynchronous work structure
- Expected contribution of 4–6 complex tasks per week, each requiring several hours of focused effort
- Fully remote role with independent contractor setup and flexible scheduling
- Weekly payouts via Stripe or Wise based on completed work

- Requirements
- PhD in Physics with strong command across one or more advanced sub-domains
- Create rigorous, high-complexity physics problems that test deep conceptual understanding
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in structuring, reviewing, and validating outputs
- Communicate complex physics concepts clearly in written and verbal English
- Follow detailed instructions and adapt to evolving project requirements
- Operate independently while maintaining consistent quality and output standards
- Apply strong analytical reasoning to evaluate and refine task quality
