Job Description
We're an independent insurance agency looking to automate our lead nurturing workflow. Leads are already flowing into Pipedrive from affiliate partners—we need to automate outreach and track conversions.
Scope of Work:
Set up automated SMS messages via JustCall when new leads enter Pipedrive
Set up automated email sequence pushing leads to complete a quote on our insurance portal
Configure affiliate/referral source attribution tracking in Pipedrive (so we can see which partner referred each lead)
Build a simple conversion tracking report (Google Sheets or Pipedrive dashboard) showing leads → quote completed → policy bound
Document the workflow so our team can maintain it
Our Current Stack:
Pipedrive (CRM)
Zapier (automation)
JustCall (SMS/calling)
EZLynx (insurance quoting portal – no API sync needed, just pushing leads there)
Requirements:
Proven experience with Pipedrive automations
Strong Zapier skills
Experience with JustCall or similar SMS tools is a plus
Clear communication and ability to document your work
