We have partnered with a growing plaintiff's firm that is growing and looking for their next attorney to join their team. This is a fully-remote opportunity (must live in California). This is a unique opportunity in which you will be given complete autonomy over your cases and be given decision making capabilities over cases. This would appeal to someone who is ready and feels comfortable managing their own caseload without being micro-managed. The ideal candidate is someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to grow with a solo practitioner and given the ability to earn commissions and lucrative bonuses, in addition to the base salary. Ideal candidate:
3+ years civil litigation experience
Litigation experience with labor and employment, open to plaintiff or defense
Demonstrated career advancement
JD from ABA Law School
California licensure, in good standing
