Job Description
A highly respected California plaintiff trial firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support complex fire and mass tort cases. This group handles sophisticated trial matters and is known for strategic, high-quality work rather than high volume. The Litigation Paralegal will support a senior trial attorney on a specialized fire docket.
- Plaintiff Mass Tort Paralegal Responsibilities
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case start through trial prep and post-trial
- Prepare state court filings and assemble exhibits
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Review and summarize depositions and medical records
- Coordinate electronic discovery
- Manage litigation calendars and deadlines
- Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial work
- Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm (7.5-hour workday)
- Requirements
- 3+ years of Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience in California
- Currently reside in California **DO NOT APPLY IF DON'T CURRENTLY LIVE IN CALIFORNIA

- Salary range for this Paralegal position is $75,000-$90,000
