Their team is dedicated to fighting for justice and protecting the rights of their clients. Job Description This is a full-time remote position for a Plaintiffs' Class Action Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in class action lawsuits, from investigation, research, litigating, drafting briefs and collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Qualifications • Litigation background in Class Action Law (ideal candidate has experience in Consumer and Employment Law) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong research skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must • Ability to work independently and remotely • CA bar admission required Apply tot his job
