- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
- Proactively identify documentation needs and propose solutions.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
- Conduct research, interviews, and analysis.
- Edit and review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Ensure documentation aligns with product strategy and goals.
- Requirements Essential
- 8+ years of technical writing experience in product development.
- Portfolio showcasing documentation samples.
- Strong understanding of documentation principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc. or similar tools).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Worked with PLM Team Center.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Certification in technical communication (STC, CTC).
