Ensure product teams can measure the success of features across website and app
Collaborates with product teams to understand feature value and success metrics
Translates Portfolio value and success metrics into tag specification documents
Leverages analytics tools and techniques to analyze data from digital and call channels
Provides insights to enhance user experience and drive better engagement
Conducts user journey analysis and evaluates usability of websites or apps
Promotes digital analytics knowledge through professional development and training
Ensures data accuracy and integrity through governance initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with product management team
1+ years with Adobe Analytics or any other similar tool
2+ years curating analysis and building dashboards
1+ years of experience identifying success metrics
Experience with Medallia, or Quantum Metrics (Preferred)
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience with Safe/agile delivery
