We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist with 6-7 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. The role will focus on driving high-quality traffic, optimizing conversions, and improving ROI across multiple brands and products.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in campaign strategy, keyword research, conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and data analysis.Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing
- Build campaign structures aligned with business goals and audience targeting
- Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and bidding strategies
- Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Perform keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and search term analysis
- Optimize campaign structure for quality score improvements
- Data & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform reports
- Create insights on traffic quality, conversion funnels, and attribution
- Work closely with analytics and product teams to improve tracking accuracy Conversion & Landing Page Optimization
- Collaborate with design and product teams to optimize landing pages for conversion
- Suggest improvements in CTA placement, messaging, and user flow
- Identify friction points in the user journey and checkout flow
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue
- Share insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns Collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, content, product, and analytics teams
- Coordinate with developers for tracking implementation and conversion pixels
- Support marketing leadership in growth planning and experimentation
- Required Skills & Experience:Experience
- 6–7 years experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience handling high budget campaigns and multiple accounts
- Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies and campaign automation Analytical Skills
- Strong data analysis capability
- Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data

- Preferred Experience
