Description: Looking for an experienced pricing and revenue strategy consultant to help define clear, defensible price points for a local security services business (alarms, monitoring, and related services). This work is to support a Shark-Tank-style pitch competition, so pricing must be: Simple Credible Backed by logic (unit economics, margins, market context)
This is not a branding or marketing exercise β the focus is on numbers and structure. Scope includes: Review of bolthires structure and unit economics Market pricing analysis (local + national benchmarks) Recommended: Installation pricing Monthly monitoring / recurring revenue Bundles, tiers, or upsells (if appropriate) Clear explanation of why these prices make sense A short summary I can confidently explain to judges Deliverables: Pricing recommendation (1β2 pages or spreadsheet) Simple pricing table suitable for a pitch deck Talking points to defend pricing under questioning What Iβll provide: Business details and bolthires assumptions bolthires customer profile and market context Access for clarifying questions Ideal background: Pricing strategy, fractional CFO, or revenue consulting experience Experience with service businesses or subscription models Ability to challenge assumptions and keep things grounded To apply, please include: Relevant pricing or revenue strategy examples
