About the position
- Responsibilities
- Create timetables to manage time and resources for project completion.
- Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
- Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to maintain project calendars.
- Identify and anticipate schedule disparities and report to Project Management.
- Provide necessary elements to the Project Manager for Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
- Self-motivated and positive approach to work.
- Professional demeanor and ability to lead others.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively read, write, and give oral presentations.
- High skill level in interpreting blueprints and project documents.
- Ability to learn company project management systems.
