- Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of relevant work experience; or a relevant combination of education, skills and experiences
- Exposure to business strategy in diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent acquisition and partner/event management
- Project management and event planning skills
- Experience working with employee resource groups and/or Affinity Groups in corporate, non-profit and/or academic settings
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead multiple time-sensitive projects
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Problem Solving
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization and external partners
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
