Role Overview: As a Private Banking Advisor - Branch Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Noida, India, you will be responsible for the liability business across 17 locations in India. This role focuses on enhancing the savings account portfolio through cross-selling, acquiring new clientele, and deepening relationships to maximize fee income. You will work closely with the Head RM to ensure consistent growth of the Savings portfolio and implement customer contact programs for increased wallet share. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Head RM in executing micro-events for new client acquisition - Acquire new accounts from group companies, family of existing customers, and referrals - Ensure growth of Savings portfolio and penetrate Investment & Insurance sales to new customers - Establish synergies with Head RM for deepening into the book and third party distribution - Monitor high net worth accounts for regular usage and balance growth - Resolve service hurdles to create a delight situation for customers - Adhere to compliance norms, risk management, governance policies, and promote alternate channels - Provide feedback on changing customer needs to Product and Service Quality teams Qualification Required: - Experience in servicing or sourcing clients with 20 lacs+ relationship - Background in Banking, Premium club membership, or High-End Credit card sales preferred - Excellent communication skills in English and well-groomed appearance - Graduation qualification required - 6-12 years of experience in a relevant field Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank offers a flexible scheme with benefits such as leave policy, parental leaves, childcare assistance, sponsorship for certifications, and comprehensive insurance.
