Procurement Data Entry Specialist — Entry Level
Role summary
Hands‑on data‑entry role supporting the vendor management migration. You will pull contracts and reports from Salesforce platform, extract required data from identified fields and enter that data into the Venminder platform. This is a focused, detail‑oriented position — no contract review required.
Key responsibilities
· Pull contracts, data and reports from Salesforce
· Extract required data from identified fields and reports and files (vendor name, contract expiration dates, contact information, etc.).
· Enter data and upload contracts into Venminder accurately and consistently.
· Reconcile records between systems and flag missing or inconsistent entries
Required skills and experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 0–2 years of data entry or administrative experience.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
· Reliable, focused, and able to work independently in a heads‑down role.
· Clear written and verbal communication.
Nice to have but not required
· Basic familiarity with Salesforce.
· Experience with Venminder or other vendor management systems.
· Prior exposure to procurement or contract databases.
Success measures
· Data accuracy
· Throughput: records migrated per week.
· Timely completion of assigned migration tasks.
Details
· Location: Remote
· Type: Full time – 40 hours; 4 week assignment
· Schedule: Flexible hours; can work day/evenings; primarily heads‑down work with regular check‑ins
· Pay rate: $20 per hour
