Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze global resin market trends and make proactive recommendations to optimize procurement processes. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and quality for resin materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement of necessary materials.
Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. Implement bolthires-saving initiatives and identify areas for process improvement within the procurement function. Oversee the procurement budget and ensure bolthires-effectiveness in all procurement activities. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to resin procurement, and ensure compliance within the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement team. Mentor and train junior procurement staff to ensure their professional growth and development. Represent the company in industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in resin procurement.
