- Developing and implementing global and regional sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Professional Services)
- Establishing and managing supplier relationships
- Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities for successful integration of sourcing strategies
- Leading complex projects and initiatives that have a high value and broad implication to the corporation
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
- 7 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal
- Experience managing Procurement categories in Human Resource Services and/or Consulting Services
- Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Skilled written and oral communications
- Working knowledge of Professional Services supplier markets
- Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level
- Strong business, contract language and financial acumen
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
