Job Description
Deloitte is a leading professional services firm, and they are seeking a Product Associate Contractor to join their financial services team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements for new features and overseeing the work of junior resources.
Responsibilities
- Integrate with an existing co-brand credit card team to define and write functional & non-functional requirements for new features in JIRA & Confluence
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders from design/data/business/tech to identify dependencies as well as drive prioritization and backlog execution
- Partner with technical team to define requirements (APIs, etc.)
- Collaborate with the product & program team to define and maintain the program roadmap
- Collaborate with the program team to identify risks, blockers, and open items and pathways to close the same
- Oversee the work of junior resources and guide them
Skills
- Requirements gathering & definition writing Requirements in JIRA
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with design/data/business/tech
- Experience identifying and resolving risks/blockers
- Experience with product roadmap definition
- Experience working in a scaled Agile product delivery environment and launching market-facing/customer-facing products / releases
- Experience with leading 1-3 person teams or mentoring/guiding junior product team members and quality controlling their work
- Some understanding of back-end/APIs or experience in working with products where they collaborated with tech / data teams on building products that had a back-end component and integrations
