The Product Development / Production Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the product lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely communication and seamless product execution across multiple categories. Responsibilities Perform data entry for purchase orders (PO adjustments, seasonal changes, order updates, and price changes) Manage product creation, including assigning item numbers, UPCs, and product attributes Update Rollup sheets with PO changes, including bolthires updates, style drops, name changes, and other attribute adjustments Maintain accuracy across Ryder/NetSuite systems, including daily goods receipts and invoice matching against packing lists Manage direct allocations — entering goods receipts and splitting POs as required Send weekly reminders to vendors for all PSR/WIPS reports Track samples (SMS, photo samples) and follow up on costing outreach and production timelines Coordinate athletic and intimates strike-off/trim comments, binder filing, and review scheduling Manage the trims and tags process with Alka, ensuring timely updates and accurate delivery tracking Support mill outreach for new developments — including coordinating shipments, tracking packages, and relaying tracking details Assist with photo sample requests, track progress, and manage pass-offs between departments, including Intimates, Pima Soft, Collaborations, Accessories, Casuals, and Bedding Provide follow-up support to vendors for sample revisions through various development and approval stages Skills Strong proficiency in bolthires Excel, NetSuite, and/or PLM systems Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills for effective cross-functional and vendor collaboration Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of ownership and accountability Deadline-driven with excellent follow-up skills Effective communicator across internal teams and external partners Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, Business, or a related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in product development, production, or a related apparel industry role Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Roller Rabbit Discount and Allowance Unlimited PTO Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office 2 days remote Weekly lunch in office Summer Fridays Company Overview Ours is a story about discovery.
