Product Growth Specialist – Contract (Remote) Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Project-Based Engagement About This Opportunity We're hiring a contract Product Growth Specialist to take complete ownership of product-market fit. You'll build the measurement framework, run the experiments, and push iterations through to completion — end to end. This is a contract engagement paid on an hourly basis. Strong performers are regularly considered for extended engagements and future projects. What You'll Do Own the full PMF metrics framework — define what's being measured, why it matters, and how it moves: Paid conversion rate (visitor to subscriber) Retention and engagement depth Time-to-value (how quickly a user reaches a meaningful outcome) Referral rate and organic growth Build, launch, and iterate on landing pages continuously — every version is a test, not a final answer Apply AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate experimentation and shorten learning cycles Work directly with the product and development team to ensure validated ideas get built and shipped Maintain a tight feedback loop across all experiments — capture learnings, cut what underperforms, and double down on what works What We're Looking For Proven track record of driving growth or PMF outcomes on a live product — ownership experience, not just execution support Ability to build your own measurement framework from scratch and identify which metrics actually indicate traction Comfortable independently building and iterating on landing pages without relying on a full team around you Proficient with AI tools and knows how to use them to move faster and do more with a lean setup Must be Fluent in Figma Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with fitness, health, or habit-forming apps Familiarity with analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude Background in mobile or SaaS product growth Experience working in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments Professional Maturity Approaches PMF scientifically — hypothesis, test, measure, iterate Steady under uncertainty — you don't need a perfect brief to get started Communicates progress and blockers clearly, without being asked Holds yourself accountable to outcomes, not just activity Compensation Competitive rate based on experience. This is a contract engagement paid on an hourly basis, tracked and verified through our standard time-tracking process, with payments made on a regular cycle. Work Environment Remote First — Work from wherever you're most productive. Flexible Hours — Availability between 6pm and 12am PKT is required for team overlap and collaboration.
