Key Responsibilities
Β Chart the Course: Define the vision and roadmap for our chat products using customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
Β From Idea to Launch: Prioritize features, define requirements, and lead the development process from concept to launch.
Β Data Detective: Utilize metrics, analytics, and user feedback to make informed decisions that optimize our products.
Β Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across the board.
Requirements
Β 4+ years of product management or similar experience in a tech company.
Β Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and make tough decisions.
Β Strong understanding of customer needs with a passion for creating effective solutions.
Β Proficiency in data analysis to drive product decisions.
Β Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Β Experience with chatbots or live chat products.
Β Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Work Environment
