This company is the only SaaS-based GIS fiber management platform that optimizes the business value of networks by simplifying the digitization, data visualization, and management of fiber assets through an open, highly accessible, and precise system of record for network assets. They are looking for a Product Manager responsible for all aspects of their SaaS platform that makes it radically simpler and faster for broadband providers to plan, design, build, and operate their fiber optic networks.
Full-time, remote role Base
Salary Range: $130k-$150k
Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years experience in a product management or product operations role; • Experience in the telecommunications industry and/or mapping software, specifically fiber, is strongly preferred; • Comfortable and experienced in presenting to an audience; • Comfort and expertise in the tools and processes to learn about customers’ needs, challenges, and circumstances • Know how to translate customer needs into succinct and descriptive text that software engineers understand • Know how to navigate across disciplines including engineering, marketing, customer support, and sales to deliver and promote your product • Startup environment experience What You Will Be Doing • Curate a roadmap for the product.
• Collect feedback on upcoming features and provide product previews and potential training references. • Clearly detail product vision, features, and functionality in a way that developers can easily consume and build. • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the context in which our products and platform will be used, supported, implemented, and extended. • Articulate details and vision with internal teams so that they can sell, support, and service the product to customers as it evolves. • Explore competitive and market trends that could influence how products are shaped and formed for future consideration.
