Job Summary:

PDS Administration Company, Inc. is seeking a Product & Operations Analyst to support the coordination and development of products across business units. This role blends organizational excellence with analytical thinking, enabling cross-functional alignment among Product, Compliance, Sales, Analytics, and Operations.

The Product & Operations Analyst will help manage product documentation, track initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. This position is ideal for someone with strong coordination and documentation skills who wants to deepen their expertise and play a central role in strengthening product governance, workflow consistency, and execution excellence. This role is not a software product owner or IT development role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Translate feedback from Product & Sales, Compliance, Claims, and Operations into clear product requirements or enhancement requests.

· Track and document requests, deadlines, and action items to ensure accountability and timely completion.

· Assist with process improvements, where needed, that enhance traceability, compliance, and efficiencies.

· Support leadership by maintaining visibility into ongoing initiatives and identifying bottlenecks or follow-up needs.

· Collaborate with analytics to collect and interpret product data for insights on performance, profitability, and decision making.

Foster positive working relationships across departments to enhance collaboration, align timelines, dependencies and workflow consistency.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative management within the Insurance, Financial Services, or related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Project tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet), a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport across departments and maintain clear, professional communication.
