Healthfirst is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes, and they are seeking a Product Strategy Analyst to provide analytical and strategic support to their Medicare Products Strategy team. The role involves collaborating with various departments to achieve market growth and financial objectives, preparing reports, and analyzing product performance. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with finance analysis, sales, population health, operations, marketing, and other departments as necessary to support strategic plans to achieve market growth, quality and financial objectives Compile information from multiple sources to prepare and distribute time-sensitive and accurate reporting for internal and external audiences Support team in analysis of the financial performance of the Medicare product portfolio, identify favorable and unfavorable trends, develop recommendations to improve trends, communicate recommendations to management through a P&L focused mindset Support team in analysis of quality and operational performance by identifying, tracking and monitoring key performance indicators Design, create, modify, support and maintain monthly competitive reports Prepare ad-hoc reporting as required by senior management and external partners Support team in creation of models to forecast growth performance and financial outcomes Effectively manage projects by setting clear project milestones and deliverables; clearly communicating goals, objectives and responsibilities.
Participate in meetings to gather and specify departmental requirements for such projects Query data, build dashboards and reports using bolthires Excel, Tableau, SQL and other pertinent tools Skills Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution SQL and Tableau skills with ability to query, compile, and manipulate large datasets
