We're looking to hire a full-time production assistant to help manage our digital content production, newsletter operations, and social media presence. This remote position offers an opportunity to work with a fast-paced team while helping to shape cybersecurity conversations.
: Production Assistant (remote digital media position)

Salary Range: $47,000-60,000
Working Hours: Full time
Core responsibilities
Β Manage and distribute our newsletters
Β Handle daily content production and scheduling
Β Create engaging social media content and memes using Canva
Β Process and upload transcripts to WordPress
Β Produce Cyber Security Headlines Week in Review event materials including thumbnail creation
Β Track analytics for Super Cyber Friday events
Β Coordinate with sponsors on content publication
Β Maintain organizational systems in Notion
Β Assist with AMA (Ask Me Anything) event production
Β Support live production during Super Cyber Friday events
Β Manage podcast guest scheduling and booking
Required skills
Β Familiarity with social media and WordPress
Β Managing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content
Β Great attention to detail
Β Solid verbal and written communication skills
Β Obsessed with improving processes <-This is key
Β Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to changing workflows and processes
Β Ability to multitask across our various programming.
Β Coordinate with guests and hosts for podcast episodes
Other useful skills
Β Writing summaries of episodes
Β Selecting topics and sourcing material for podcast episodes
Β Assist in development of new and current shows
Β Collaborating with the team to develop content ideas and strategies
Β Familiarity with the Google Workspace apps
Β Experience with project management software
Β Comfortable with editing audio, video, and images, ideally in Adobe products
