Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator for their Department of Neurosurgery. The role involves coordinating all activities and functions of the program to ensure goals and objectives are met, along with managing outpatient and surgical scheduling, and providing administrative support to the program team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates day-to-day program operations and supports overall program activities
- Manage outpatient and surgical scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate provider and program calendars, including meetings and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries
Skills
- 1 year of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent for Level 1
- 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent for Level 2
