- In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical support for Proactive Claim Intervention projects.
- Assist in developing, executing, and maintaining edits and technical tasks.
- Develop queries using SAS, SQL Server, and ARM application.
- Conduct data mining and integrate technology for the Prepay Correction Program.
- Evaluate data mining approaches to identify trends affecting outcomes.
- Make decisions on IT architecture issues.
- Ensure successful implementation and monitoring of system improvements.
- Collaborate with business partners to define data needs and communicate analysis results.
- Train and guide less experienced staff.
- Perform technical duties for the Proactive Intervention team.
