About the position

Manage all aspects of program delivery, including student learning outcomes, logistics, budgets, record-keeping, and assessment.
Collaborate with student leadership to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
Implement assessment plans and report on program outcomes in collaboration with the Associate Director.
Train, monitor, and assess risk management concerns related to travel, minors, and community engagement.
Recruit, hire, orient, and advise Dartmouth student leaders and program participants.
Design and deliver workshops and co-curricular seminars that integrate curricular and experiential learning.
Facilitate individual and group reflection opportunities to deepen student engagement and learning outcomes.
Cultivate relationships with students, campus and community partners, staff, and faculty to support program initiatives.
Create program materials for recruitment and contribute to the Center's communications.

Bachelor's degree required.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of work experience.
Celebration of and commitment to inclusivity, diversity, equity, and accessibility.
Demonstrated knowledge of social impact work including nonprofits, educational access, or K-12 education.
Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships with different stakeholders (students, community partners, staff, etc.).
Ability to educate about and enforce healthy boundaries when working with minors.
Experience with event or trip coordination and project management.
Proficient with computer applications (Word, Excel, Database Management, etc.).

Master's Degree
Exceptional teaching and facilitation skills and the ability to excite, inspire, engage and manage undergraduate students and student groups.
Knowledge of community-driven experiential learning and the best practices therein.
Strong self-awareness, interpersonal and collaborative abilities; demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating across multiple stakeholder groups (faculty, community partners, students, parents, administrators, etc.).
