Trident Consulting is seeking a "Program Manager- Insurance Transformation" for one of our client in - Remote. A global leader in business and technology services.

- Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Portfolio Management for enterprise-level technology initiatives.
- 5+ years leading Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, preferably in Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
- Demonstrated success delivering multi-year, cross-functional programs in P&C insurance.
- Hands-on experience with Personal Lines Insurance operations, including policy administration, underwriting, rating engines, forms, and compliance.
- Strong experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
- Excellent vendor management and third-party coordination experience.
- Core Competencies:
- Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integration points, data migration, and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Personal Lines Insurance domain ā product structures, workflows, and state-level regulatory knowledge.
- Strong command of program governance ā scope, timelines, risk, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including business, IT, QA, and vendor resources.
- Highly effective communicator capable of aligning business and IT stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage escalations and proactively mitigate program risks.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and standard PM tools.
- Preferred Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter (e.g., Configuration or Integration)
