Program manager for MedEd team support.
Fully remote; CST 9am to 5pm
The MedEd team:
Curriculum developer and program delivery
3 program managers
1 Fellows Mgr
1 KOL Manager
2 meeting planning individuals
Program Manager:
For our newly launched Altaviva(TM) Device, we are coordinating training of nearly 100 HCPs per month. We need a program manager to setup regional training activities.
Top 5 responsibilities
Confirm faculty to support (HCP and internal)
Coordinate cadaver legs to support volume at program
Communicate with related sales district to keep them up to speed
Work with meeting planner to ensure logistics secured
Support program execution on site
Must have skills
Organized
Strong communication internally and externally
Able to manage large back/forth via email with internal and external team members
Strong interpersonal skills for onsite engagement

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Develops program marketing plan including strategies, objectives, tactics and budget. Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of health care financing, organization, systems and standards for care delivery to support program marketing plans. Initiates market research regarding economics of care delivery. Establishes and executes promotional strategies required to support program marketing plan. Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand customer needs. Also develops and maintains relationships with internal business unit, marketing and sales staff to develop and execute the program marketing plan. SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Conducts briefings with senior leaders within the job function. Negotiates with others to reach understanding or agreement. Leadership and Talent Management: Frequently provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees . Typically manages large, moderately complex initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires mastery level knowledge of specialty area and working knowledge of several other areas, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have deep knowledge of project management. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
