About the Role: Program Supervisor, Starbucks We're seeking an experienced and skilled Program Supervisor to join our Money Tasks and Interchanges team within the Finance organization. As a Program Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in driving business value by applying tools and techniques to drive highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on complex projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and partners to drive transformative ideas and decisions that shape the future of Starbucks. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Value: Apply instruments and methods to drive exceptionally cross-utilitarian program arranging and joint effort on profoundly complex activities and projects while by implication driving accomplices. Adapt to Changing Needs: Deftly adjusts to moving needs while proceeding to evaluate the general wellbeing of the program, needs, and groups. Influence Cross-Functional Teams: Independently drive arrangement across various senior pioneers and impacts cross-utilitarian groups to help groundbreaking thoughts and choices. Lead Program Team: Directs the program group system and motivates the group in conveying results on time and in spending plan for the general program. Essential Qualifications: Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in industry-based project management techniques and instruments. Complex Project Experience: Experience overseeing complex enormous scope business or data innovation projects. Team Leadership: Experience building and coaching teams. Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to coach other task chiefs in program and undertaking the executives. General Business Experience: Strong understanding of business operations and principles. Preferred Qualifications: Degree: Long term degree liked. PMP Certification: PMP considered an asset.
