Miles Partnership is a full-service marketing consultancy focused on travel and tourism, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Programmatic Media Buyer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing programmatic media buying strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for clients. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of programmatic media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., bolthires Display Network, Facebook, DSPs) Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives Optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives to improve performance Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to develop and implement effective media strategies Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to internal stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising Support the team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Basic understanding of digital advertising and programmatic media buying Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Proficiency in bolthires Excel and other data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with a keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments Experience working with an advertising agency or marketing agency Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as DV360, Basis, bolthires, Vistar or other DSPs Experience managing multiple campaigns at one time Benefits Generous paid-time-off compensation Flexible work schedule Paid volunteer opportunities and company-supported charitable events Collaborative, creative, and fun team environment with professional growth opportunities Company Overview Miles Partnership is a marketing and advertising company providing mobile and print content marketing solutions.
