Responsibilities: • Provides general administrative support. • Schedules meetings and maintains calendars. • Develops and maintains efficient filing and tracking system for the projects. • Prepares meeting agendas including gathers discussion topics, drafts, and circulates and finalized agenda.
• Provides meeting support, including the following: • Selecting venues including contracting with caterers, audio‑visual teams and transportation • Drafting and sending out meeting invitations • Managing logistics including arranging travel, lodging and parking. • Overseeing the meeting by making sure the meeting room is set‑up correctly, handling unexpected issues and making sure the meeting is running smoothly. • Prepares meeting expense vouchers, travel reimbursements and invoices and submits to CBO.
• Assists with production and assembly of reports, presentations, and meeting materials. • Performs general office tasks including photocopying, faxing, phone calls, e‑mail, bolthires. • Works with web‑based documentation system. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Flexibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Acute attention to detail and strong work ethic Why Work With Us?
