We are seeking a highly organized and task-driven Project Coordinator to join our Electronic Health Records Division. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Meeting Management: Organize, lead, and document project meetings, providing clear status updates and actionable takeaways.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and team members.
- Task Management: Monitor task assignments, follow up on deadlines, and maintain progress updates in project management systems.
- Status Reporting: Compile and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project plans. Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
