The Project Coordinator will support project leadership by managing interdisciplinary deliverables, coordinating inputs, and developing executive-level materials for the Interborough Express Project. Responsibilities Coordinate interdisciplinary inputs to support development of reports, presentations, and formal client deliverables Track milestones, action items, and special client requests, ensuring timely follow-up with discipline leads Lead the development and refinement of executive-level presentations, synthesizing technical content into clear, strategic messaging as needed Support preparation of materials for executive briefings, stakeholder meetings, and client workshops Manage special assignments and time-sensitive client-driven requests Review deliverables for consistency, formatting, and adherence to project standards prior to submission Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain action logs related to deliverables Support leadership with internal dashboards, summaries, and performance tracking as needed Support onboarding activities for new staff Other duties as requested based on organizational placement on the team (ex. support commercial management team performing data entry, data reconciliation, and reporting tasks) Skills Experience in project coordination or similar cross-functional roles Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Strong presentation development skills Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical information into concise executive materials Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and driving results Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in the AEC industry or supporting large infrastructure projects Familiarity with Bluebeam or document management systems Experience supporting client-facing deliverables or executive leadership Benefits Medical Dental Vision Basic life insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off (allocated plans start date 17 days per calendar year) Seven paid holidays Caregiver leave The ability to purchase company stock at a discount Legally mandated benefits Company Overview Jacobs leads the global professional services sector delivering solutions for a more connected, sustainable world.
