Key Responsibilities:
ย Use your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met.
ย Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills and oversee cross-functional projects
ย Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization.
ย Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials.
ย Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.
ย Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
ย Streamline operational workflows
ย Provide administrative support to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
ย Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile)
ย Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
ย Proven experience as a Project Management Operations
ย Capable of handling various tasks and providing support in a dynamic work -environment.
ย Relevant qualification in project coordination/management.
ย Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
General Skills
ย Familiarity with Process Improvement Techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
ย Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
ย Knowledge of Business Operations and Resource Planning
