- Contribute to high-impact strategic projects
- Manage projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth
- Develop and execute project plans focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and performance improvement
- Partner with internal (U.S. & international) and external stakeholders
- Present complex findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee end-to-end project implementation
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
- Contribute to organization-wide projects, support OKRs, must-win projects, and KPI tracking
- Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, corporate development, or project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Pragmatic in approach, solution-oriented when handling cross-functional projects
- Team player with leadership potential
- Ability to adjust to changes, manage competing priorities, and motivate others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workboard preferred)
- Work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results
