Project Manager for AI Operation (Manage Team, Assignments, Create and establish SOP's) - Contract to Hire

Role Overview

We are building an AI-powered cloud chatbot designed specifically for real estate investors to simplify daily operations and generate consistent deal flow. This role is responsible for owning execution from concept to launch and beyond.

You will manage cross-functional teams (developers, prompt engineers, real estate SMEs, automation specialists, content creators), oversee task execution, document systems, and ensure everything built is repeatable, scalable, and teachable as a digital product.

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

Core Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, iteration, and launch

• Manage multiple contributors across technical and non-technical roles

• Assign tasks, set deadlines, track progress, and remove bottlenecks

• Run weekly sprints, standups, and progress reviews

• Ensure accountability across all team members

SOP & Systems Creation

• Build clear, step-by-step SOPs for:

• Bot logic & workflows

• Cloud bot setup & configuration

• Prompt structures

• User onboarding flows

• Real estate use cases (lead intake, follow-ups, deal analysis, etc.)

• Ensure every system can be duplicated and taught

• Organize documentation in a clean, scalable knowledge base

Product Development Oversight

• Translate founder vision into executable workflows

• Ensure the chatbot is:

• Simple for end users

• Powerful for real estate investors

• Structured for scale and resale

• Coordinate feedback loops between development, testing, and iteration

• Ensure the product is built with end-user experience and monetization in mind

Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows

• Implement tools for task management, documentation, and communication

• Create repeatable frameworks so future team members can onboard fast

Founder Support

• Act as the operational extension of the founder

• Filter noise, organize priorities, and keep execution aligned with the big picture

• Bring structure to chaos without killing momentum
