They are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards while promoting a culture of process improvement. Responsibilities Cultivate Process Improvement Culture: Recognize the importance of and actively promote a culture of process improvement, ensuring that processes are streamlined to maximize efficiency, add value to our business, and meet client needs Process Optimization: Conduct workshops with Subject Matter Experts to map current processes, identify issues, and design streamlined processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness Metrics and Reporting: Offer support and guidance to the business on metrics definition and evaluation, as well as reporting tools.
Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery Leading cross-functional project teams, coordinating efforts to meet project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational objectives Ad Hoc
Responsibilities: Be ready to tackle any other duties as assigned by
Senior Management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall success of the organization Skills 1 to 2 years' experience in a Laboratory or Clinical Research based environment Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement Excel and Visio or other project mapping software is required Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in project management and team leadership Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies is a plus Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with certifications such as PMP is being advantageous Benefits Various annual leave entitlements A range of health insurance offerings to suit you and your family’s needs.
