Required Skills:
We are seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.
- Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a
- Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects.
- Extensive experience in
- implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
- Excellent communication and
- interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholdermanagement.
- Demonstrated ability to
- navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategicguidance.
- Minimum 6+ years in very recent
- project/program management experience , with at least 4 years of thatdedicated to running large IT projects
- Proven experience in managing
multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.
- Solid experience in:
- Decision-making and
- negotiations
- Risk assessment, and mitigation
- strategies
- Excellent communication,
- problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, timemanagement, and interpersonal skills required.
- Should demonstrate consistent
- ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions whilemitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
- Passion for learning and using

- Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is aplus.
- Project management
- certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
- CSM preferred
- Certification in SAFe is
preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
