We are looking for a sharp, efficient, and highly responsive editor/proofreader to finalize a 14,000-word book. The book consists of 20 chapters (700 words each) focused on emotional support and mental health.
We need a professional who can dive in immediately and deliver polished work without sacrificing quality.
The Scope:
Proofreading: Fix all grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
Editing for Repetition: This is crucial. We need you to identify and tighten up repetitive phrasing or redundant ideas to ensure the message is impactful.
Tone Check: We have a specific defined tone, we want to make sure it is consistent throughout the project. We don't want to change the language or tone.
Word Count: ~14,000 words total.
