SUMMARY
Swiftlane is the fastest growing intercom and access control product for multifamily and commercial buildings, and we are hiring a property management industry veteran to join us to help with our business strategy.
DETAILS
If you come from a property management background, either on the multifamily or commercial side, we're interested in talking to you. We're looking for you to help us understand the property management world so Swiftlane can inform our product roadmap based on that feedback loop.
You would be joining the vendor side at Swiftlane to upgrade building access control and video intercom systems and enable safer communities for residents, more automation for on-site teams, and better financial value for building owners — a win-win-win.
This role would require you to continue using your network in property management and real estate to provide a feedback loop to Swiftlane's engineering, marketing, and sales teams. It's a remote role that doesn't require strict travel, but we would want you to attend some major key conferences and occasional customer events.

- Suggest new product features
- Interview our property management customers to get feedback on their requirements
- Collect product feedback
- Go to national industry events (NAA, OPTECH etc)
- Product, marketing and sales team feedback on how to improve the product
