Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in medication management within a fully remote outpatient setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Support a patient-centered approach in all interactions, tailoring care plans to individual needs.
- Part-time, 16 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available—work in 8-hour or shorter blocks as preferred
- No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
- Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent experience preferred).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri preferred but not required.
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Experience providing telepsychiatry services and managing a diverse, multi-age caseload is strongly preferred.
- Telehealth position based in Pleasant Hill, Missouri
- Candidates may reside anywhere, but Missouri licensure is preferred
