They are seeking a Purchasing Project Assistant to provide project management and departmental support, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team while meeting project goals and deadlines. Responsibilities Assist in Compass data entry. Process buyout Purchase Orders, EZparts, components website orders, manage backlog, generate customer PO’s and other divisional or departmental specific documents Assist with reporting: BI, Compass, expense, Project Review, and Claims/SR’s Process invoicing, receiving, and match holds Organize department meetings, events, and meals, make travel arrangements and conference registrations, etc Provide administrative assistance by ordering department supplies, updating phone list, Org chart, SharePoint, and document center Issue warranties Purchase orders to suppliers, invoice approvals, preparing accurate backlog and making system adjustments for project reviews, organizing food/drink for department meetings/events Processing credits & SRs within allotted timeframes Maintaining budget for office related expenses & purchases Skills High School diploma or equivalent Associates degree, 2-year technical degree, or office management certificate Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Short and long term disability Paid time off Retirement Company Overview
